Easy work through state of the art interface design

The intuitive, clearly structured user interface enables a pleasant user experience. The user has all relevant information at a glance and adding new information or registering new parts is done within a second.

Moving elements around can be done via drag and drop. A visual representation of your plant will be accessible from the application, enabling recognition of the plant structure and optimum orientation when on the job. The plant structure can be designed according to the user's specifications.

Easy proactive planning of your maintenance and inspections

Oversee all scheduled maintenances by date and other details. Sort maintenance work according to your custom search criteria – be it a time interval or individually assigned keywords. Stop wasting time on complex searches and instead find the maintenance date as well as all associated information quickly and easily.

The overview of all maintenance tasks enables different views, filter options, and sortings. Do you need to see all appointments for the next quarter? Simply set the time interval with a few clicks and you’re done!

Arrange your overviews according to your requirements. Maintenance and plant overviews can be generated, where recurrent maintenance and inspections are defined for example. Inspection reports are attached to the plant part involved if necessary. You therfore always have your plant documents ready for official inspections - without time-consuming searching through paper documents.

evoTrace is available to you 24/7 in the European Microsoft Azure Cloud, fulfilling the General Data Protection Regulations (GDRP) of the European Union, as well as other advanced security standards. Alternatively, evoTrace can be set up on your own Windows server system.
